They are known for collecting SSI funds federally detected and garnishing wages in states where it is for-bidden such as South Carolina. It is against the law for them to garnish money from bank accounts here for credit card bills. I sent Chase a paid in full on the United account which with penalties and interest accrued is now over 5000 but they ignore it. They did send a letter saying they may do concessions for me since I am 90 days behind if I would call them but I will not because they say they will record the call. I want them to put everything in writing. They may not be so quick to give this account to their "Jewish" buddies to beat the hound out of me as they do so many since it is 5,000 and at 30% interest. From all I have read on the Internet of cases, transferring credit card accounts to a third-party, it never relieves the original debtor. After an account is assigned or sold to a scalawag collector, payments are never credited. I owe 7000 to American Express but they did not raise my rate past 13%. I owe 4,500 on a United card by which Chase is the ghost lending bank I have discovered. I sent them a 'Paid in Full' check which they cashed but keep on billing even though I have proven to them that I have paid the bill in full. Many now put a special address for such payments to be sent even AT&T but I signed no such agreement with them. Must be that many are paying off in full in one single check for any amount to which those banks cash by flash. I believe the arbitrary amount less than billed marked "Paid in Full' procedure works. I am still using the American Express card along with a $700 card from Capital One a Charlotte based Bank. Anything above 13 % I consider usury interest loansharking and I refuse to pay more. I see their game now is to pass the delinquent accounts down to their torturers. Anywhere there is money or debt there is the modern "Jewish" scavengers the same as flies and cultures circling a dead body. I put my good credit report on the altar. I will not be slaved to these racketeers any longer period. At 30% you pay the principal amount every 3 years and still owe more than ever. I have paid those accounts 3 times. I am not sure about American Express but Chase is a bailed out bank with a lot of blood on their hands from demanding war on those Mexican peasants held up in the mountains. I agreed to take a Home Depot card for 4,000 dollars and filled it up. Turns out it is with Citibank as is my Shell card for $700. Both raised the rate to 30%. Even though I was paying on the cards current, they pulled a credit report to find out I was delinquent with Chase as Washington Mutual originally signed with Davidian Bank. Even though a new SC law since Jan 1. allows one to freeze their credit report which I did, Equifax sold to them the information anyway. I wrote the attorney general but he said it wasn't his duty to enforce the law. What a quagmire! The derivatives market bankers are still in control.
